The primary focus of the company is to provide customer care services to UK companies who seek to deliver customer service from a low cost or “best-shore location where the first spoken language is English and there is a significantly large pool of tertiary level educated work force to enable scale expansion of operations. Davy Simpson has planned for expansion into both HR and IT outsourcing.
The company specifically targets customers who need or want to deliver customer service to a UK audience from the hours of 6pm UK time through to 6am. This fits well with the typical time difference of minus 5 or 6 hours dependent on the time of year.
